Strategic People Partner - Stellenbosch

We're looking for a Strategic People Partner who can shape the business and build teams that move the needle. The role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving change management, and shaping organisational structures. The ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience as a Strategic HR / People Partner, with a track record of delivering real outcomes and a deep understanding of business strategy and people enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience as a Strategic HR / People Partner
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or Industrial / Organisational Psychology
• Postgraduate qualification and HPCSA registration (ideally)
• Strong HR generalist capability, with sound knowledge of governance, systems, and labour legislation
