Job Description
We're looking for a Team Leader: Finance Business Partnering to lead a team of finance professionals, partner with senior leaders, and deliver clear, actionable insight to executives. This role involves leading a high-performance team, partnering with executives, and translating business drivers into meaningful financial insight.
Requirements
- Professional designation is mandatory (CA(SA)
- Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5â7+ yearsâ experience in finance, including substantial business partnering or financial planning and analysis experience
- Experience with scenario analysis, contract modelling or strategic investment evaluation (financial modelling)
- At least 2â3 years in a leadership or team management role, leading or supervising finance professionals
- Proven track record of partnering with senior management and delivering insights at executive level
- Experience managing multiple portfolios or complex financial planning processes
- Strong exposure to strategic planning, budget cycles and executiveâlevel financial reporting
