Job Description
Hutchinson Health is seeking a skilled Quality Improvement & Data Management Consultant to lead projects enhancing performance and supporting strategic goals within Regional and departmental programs. The consultant will focus on data analysis, lean methodologies, and team facilitation, particularly within Hutchinson Health and Olivia Hospital and Clinics. This role requires a qualified candidate with elevated leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of healthcare quality improvement experience
- Master's level coursework (alternative for 3+ years of experience)
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Joint Commissions standards
- High organization and prioritization skills
