Job Description
Hutchinson Health is seeking a skilled Quality Improvement & Data Management Consultant to enhance performance and support strategic goals for Hutchinson Health and Olivia Hospital and Clinics. The role involves providing expertise in quality improvement, data analysis, change management, and team facilitation within a central MN region. Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, and proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of healthcare quality improvement experience
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
