Consultant, Quality Improvement & Data Management

HealthPartners is seeking a skilled Quality Improvement & Data Management Consultant to lead projects improving performance and supporting regional/departmental goals within Hutchinson and Olivia. The consultant will focus on data analysis, change management, and team facilitation in healthcare quality improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies. This position is primarily on-site, with potential for work at other Health Partners locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA/BS) and 3 years of clinical or quality improvement experience.
• Master's level coursework may substitute for experience.
• Prior project management/quality improvement/data management experience.
• Green Belt certification, Lean or Six Sigma training, or similar preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
