Job Description
Hutchinson Health is seeking a Quality Improvement & Data Management Consultant to enhance performance and support strategic goals within Health Partners, primarily focused on Hutchinson Health and Olivia Hospital and Clinics. The role involves expertise in quality improvement, data analysis, change management, and team facilitation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, multi-tasking skills, and a desire to improve the Central MN community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of clinical or quality improvement experience
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies
- Green Belt certification, Lean or Six Sigma training
- License/Registration/Certification (PT) - preferred
