Job Description
Regions Hospital Histopathology Department is seeking a self-motivated, quality focused Histotechnician to join their team. The Histotechnician will perform processing of small non-complex specimens, perform tests and procedures in a histology laboratory, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Associates degree from an accredited Histotechnician program or equivalent
- ASCP or ASCPi board certification as a Histotechnician or Histotechnologist
- One year of full-time acceptable experience in a histopathology laboratory within the last five years (preferred)
