Team members are assigned a primary role on the patient access team and may perform check-in, registration and scheduling functions, as well as address inquires via telephone, email, or fax.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years in customer service, working in a hospital or medical clinic setting or graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service
