Patient Access Representative to perform check-in, registration and scheduling functions, and address inquiries via telephone, email, or fax.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years in customer service, working in a hospital or medical clinic setting or graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service.
- Two year degree in related field (preferred)
