Patient Access Representative

Patient Access Representative is a role that performs check-in, registration and scheduling functions, addresses inquiries via telephone, email, or fax, and follows the Care Model Process (CMP) guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years in customer service, working in a hospital or medical clinic setting or graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service
• Preferred qualifications: Two year degree in related field
