Technician, Environmental Services

Environmental Services Technicians provide safe and sanitary surroundings for patients, employees, and the public in both hospital and clinic settings. Responsibilities include carrying linens, towels, and cleaning supplies, sorting and storing linens, cleaning rooms and common areas, and disposing of trash or waste materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow assigned work orders
• Ability to work a variety of scheduled hours
• Ability to work weekends and call-in hours
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment on a day-to-day basis
• Effective time management skills
