Job Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas seeks a Customer Service/Oil and Gas Records Custodian to perform a variety of duties within the files unit, including processing, editing, quality control review, shipping, and receiving of records associated with the RRC.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Knowledge of professional office and administrative practices and procedures.
