Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative capability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively within governance frameworks
• Proven experience in resource planning, workforce planning, portfolio analysis, business analytics or a similar role
• Experience supporting enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting or portfolio governance processes
• Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
