Resource Planning Specialist

The Resourcing Analyst is responsible for working with the business to optimise use of existing resources and plan future requirements based on business strategy and skills required. The role will report to the Head of People Business Partnering & Operations and will work closely with People Team colleagues on skills and career mapping and organisational change.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role such as Resource/Workforce Planning Analyst, Operational Analyst, Transport/Logistics Planner, or similar
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into clear actions
• Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with data from multiple systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
