Job Description
Caprock Academy is seeking a School Nurse to maintain the integrity of, advocate for, and facilitate the implementation of the Academy's Vision, Mission, and Core Values. The School Nurse will work with students of varying ages and skill levels to provide a safe and healthy school environment.
Requirements
- Identify students with health needs requiring accommodation in the school setting
- Develop Individual Health Services Plans for students who have health care needs during the school day
- Promote confidentiality of health information
- Provide for the administration of medications and health related treatments
