Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, and preparing lease and move-in packages.

Requirements

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
• Solid sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills
