Job Description
Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals, and promotes a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
Requirements
- Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
- Solid sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Active listening skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
