Leasing Agent

Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals, inspect apartments prior to resident move-in, and design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.

Requirements

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
• Solid sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
