Job Description
The Corporate Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of corporate transactions, with a focus on oil and gas matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or similar legal environment
- Significant experience supporting corporate transactions from inception through closing
- Strong working knowledge of UCC filings, lien searches, and corporate documentation
- Demonstrated experience with environmental and regulatory filings related to oil and gas assets
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
