Requirements
- Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys in the Insurance Defense group
- Draft, format, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, including hearings, depositions, and meetings while ensuring court compliance and deadlines
- Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic) and manage attorney calendars and docket deadlines
- Interact professionally with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel and assist with trial prep and exhibit management
