Legal Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in our Business Litigation/Insurance Defense practice.

Requirements

• Law firm background required
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience supporting attorneys and paralegals in a legal setting
• Prior experience as a legal assistant or litigation support professional, ideally in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information
• Confidence working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
