Job Description
CapTech is seeking a Senior Visual Designer / Product Designer to join their Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of modern, polished, and engaging UI and brand design work across web and mobile platforms, and be able to design interfaces, components, and layouts that balance beauty and usability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context.
- 4-year+ degree in Design or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma is required.
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint.
