Senior Visual / Product Designer

CapTech is seeking a Senior Visual Designer / Product Designer to join their Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing sophisticated user experience and digital brand experiences that are visually striking, brand-forward, and accessible. The position involves designing engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, conducting competitive brand or experience analyses, and collaborating with researchers, developers, and analysts to create cohesive and impactful experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a consulting or agency context
• 4-year+ degree in Design or a related field
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint
