UX Architect

CapTech is seeking a UX Architect to design sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of product strategy, heuristic analysis, and user research, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in design consultancy or digital agency
• 4-year+ degree in design, fine arts, HCI, or similar
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 Accessibility standards and Inclusive Design principles
