UX Architect

CapTech is seeking a UX Architect to join their Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will have a track record of designing sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible. The UX Architect will work with clients to align user goals, behaviors, and attitudes with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in design consultancy or digital agency
• 4-year+ degree in design, fine arts, HCI, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 Accessibility standards and Inclusive Design principals
