HVAC Technical Support

CaptiveAire is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems offering a complete solution of fans, heaters, ductwork, and HVAC equipment. They are seeking an HVAC Technical Support specialist to provide technical support and handle parts order calls, emails, and sales staff inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC or Electrical knowledge
• Must know how to thoroughly read electrical schematics
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written
• Must be proficient on computers
• Good problem solving skills
