HVAC Technical Support

CaptiveAire is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems offering a complete solution of fans, heaters, ductwork, and HVAC equipment. We are looking for an HVAC Technical Support professional to handle technical support calls, provide post-sales technical support, and assist with parts order and warranty processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC or Electrical knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
