This dealership in Kenner, LA wants a leader who can tighten processes without killing morale, coach advisors, build technician trust, and grow revenue, improve CSI, and eliminate bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Leadership with zero fear of holding people accountable
• Deep understanding of warranty, multipoint inspections, dispatch, and service lane flow
• Ability to build a culture technicians actually want to work in
• Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
• A track record of growing revenue and tightening processes
