Requirements
- Proven success as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Fixed Ops Manager
- Strong leadership with zero fear of holding people accountable
- Deep understanding of warranty, multipoint inspections, dispatch, and service lane flow
- Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- A track record of growing revenue and tightening processes
