Float BCBA

The Float BCBA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism across multiple locations, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising clinical staff. The role involves a hybrid service delivery model, with a portion of clinical responsibilities completed via telehealth.

Requirements

• Master's degree required
• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst and or a state-licensed behavior analyst where applicable, and meeting state specific requirements.
• A minimum of three years working as a BCBA required.
• At least five years of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism is strongly preferred.
