Job Description
The Float BCBA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism across multiple locations, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. The role follows a hybrid service delivery model with a portion of clinical responsibilities completed via telehealth.
Requirements
- Independently conducts assessments of clients using appropriate protocols and procedures
- Provides clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/ exit planning
- Evaluates and modifies treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure
- Supervises assigned clinical teams, including BCaBAs, Senior Therapists, BTs and RBTs in the implementation of programs
- Participates in workgroups upon request, collaborating based on clinical experience and expertise
- Follows and abides by the BACB Ethics Code, Caravel ethical guidelines and policies, regulations, and adheres to mandated reporting regulations
