As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community, while maximizing the living experience for residents and the community.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience in property management
- Strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
- Working knowledge of property management software, Yardi preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts
- Previous supervisory experience required
