Job Description
As a Community Manager, you are responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This involves directing and coordinating the community's overall operational activities, including loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and ongoing facility upkeep.
Requirements
- Four years' experience in property management
- Working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
- Working knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google platform skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets and operating forecasts
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent time management and organization skills
