Job Description
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will deliver high-quality customer service, work in a team, and strive for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing of future availability.
Requirements
- Be an ambassador for customer service
- Perform administrative front desk tasks and duties
- Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training
- Utilize feature/benefit selling
- Close the sale
- Maintain accurate lease file documentation
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Participate in community events
- Assist with various community projects
