Job Description
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of the community, resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently, and ensuring the facility and grounds meet community objectives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
