Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Manager, Production Operation manages/coordinates teams and processes across multiple manufacturing areas in a temperature-controlled FDA regulated facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field with emphasis in management
• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing or related field, preferably in a GMP medical manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading multiple teams and/or departments
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving results along with strong financial acumen and project management
