Job Description
The Operations Manager is a key manufacturing leader responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of assigned production departments within a 24/7 softgel manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with three years or Associate’s degree with five years of progressively responsible managerial experience
- Prior leadership experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GMP regulated industries
- Established record of success in managing a production floor, multiple-customer environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
