Job Description
The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers, administers orders in internal systems, and responds to customer questions. The role involves identifying and communicating resolutions to order delays, missing information, and product availability, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The Representative II also processes orders for product samples and trials, and ensures compliance of orders.
Requirements
