Senior Coordinator, Financial Counseling

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a healthcare business office or revenue cycle role
• Strong knowledge of insurance and benefits and patient Financial Assistance Programs
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways
• Familiarity with high-cost oncology drugs, infusion services, and specialty pharmacy billing
• Experience with billing systems and interpreting EOBs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease
