Job Description
The Director of Ancillary Services Implementation and Operations is responsible for leading the development and launch of de novo cardiology operations, advanced imaging, and ambulatory surgery center sites across the platform. This role will operate as a central integrator across clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory workstreams, ensuring new sites are delivered on time, on budget, and fully operational.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, real estate development, outpatient facility development, or related environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end development projects from site selection through construction and operational launch
- Experience with imaging modalities (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT, MRI, CT) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments, including licensing, accreditation, and compliance frameworks

- Full-time base salary starting at $130,000 to $150,000 dependent on relevant years of experience
