Job Description
CardioOne is seeking a Director of Ancillary Services Implementation and Operations to drive the development and launch of de novo cardiology operations, advanced imaging, and ambulatory surgery center sites across the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, real estate development, outpatient facility development, or related environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end development projects from site selection through construction and operational launch
- Experience with imaging modalities (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT, MRI, CT) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments, including licensing, accreditation, and compliance frameworks
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and coordination with financing partners
