Requirements
- Completion of an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound program, X-ray program with post-ultrasound training, cardiopulmonary program with post-ultrasound training, or a bachelor's degree with post-ultrasound training
- ARDMS or CCI registry in both Vascular and Cardiac Ultrasound (eligibility may be considered)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Strong understanding of cross-sectional and sagittal anatomy, as well as normal and abnormal flow characteristics
