CARE Canada is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator (18-month Parental Leave Cover) to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR operations, reporting, and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR-related experience including HRIS experience, recruitment, benefits administration, employee wellness initiatives
- Human Resources related degree/diploma/post-graduate certificate or a combination of relevant experience, training, and/or education.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive employee data
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Strong and demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player who has a demonstrated ability to multi-task and (re)prioritize
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Strong Excel skills and experience with functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
