Social Worker

Care Dimensions is seeking a Social Worker to join its team. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker will be responsible for planning and providing supportive services to terminally ill patients and families.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field (accepted to obtain social worker’s license) required
• Current Massachusetts social work licensure (LICSW preferred, LCSW accepted with appropriate work experience)
• Minimum three years counseling experience preferred
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
