Registered Nurse, Associate’s degree in nursing, experience as a professional nurse

2+ years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related clinical setting, MSW from an accredited institution, LCSW or LICSW license in Massachusetts
RN Case Manager
Active RN license, Associate’s degree or BSN preferred. Compassionate care & cultural sensitivity. Valid driver's license
RN Weekend Baylor
3+ years of nursing experience, associate's degree in nursing required, and ability to assess and respond to patient needs
