Job Description
Care Initiatives is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care to residents at Lantern Park Specialty Care in Coralville, IA. As a Charge Nurse, you will conduct assessments, deliver direct nursing care, and oversee the care of Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
