Job Description
Join Care Initiatives as a Painter, where your work enhances the environments in which our residents, patients, and team members live and work. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing painting projects across our statewide portfolio, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of all assigned projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated skills in commercial painting
- High Proficiency with tools and equipment used in painting the interior and exterior of properties
- Highly Skilled in preparing and painting interior/exterior of commercial spaces
- Knowledge of OSHA safety and quality standards for painting in commercial settings
- Experience submitting accurate expense reports and maintaining all project receipts to ensure adherence to established budgets
