Job Description
Care Initiatives is now hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to join our Communications Team! Supports the communications function in telling the Care Initiatives story by creating content that supports the mission, core values and culture.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a corporate social media strategy
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and community engagement
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies
- Act as the first line of defense in brand management
- Support Sales, Marketing and Recruitment efforts
- Research, write, and edit high-quality blog posts and articles
- Draft company website copy, and press releases as required
- Develop an editorial calendar for blog and social content
- Optimize content for SEO/GEO best practices
