Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations at the front desk for a Home Care Nursing doctor. This role offers a unique opportunity to support remote patient care while contributing to quality patient care.
Requirements
- Proven experience with front desk duties, answering patient calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Experience with handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, answering queries, faxing, emailing, and using Ring Central
- Must be fluent in English
