Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to support an Urgent Care facility by managing patient phone inquiries and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or in Healthcare Customer Service
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (experience with Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar is a plus)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling protocols
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
